I just moved into a 3 bedroom house and the person that was going to move in with me had a change of heart. Now looking for someone to fill the gap so I'm not paying for everything myself. The house is right off of 969 east of 35. Craigwood and 969 pretty much.
The house is a 3 bedroom but I only want to rent out one of the rooms. The other room I am saving for an office/guest room. I can send pics soon but the house still needs a bit of cleaning and organizing so pics will not do it justice at the moment, i just moved in. Other things with this house is there is a big back yard, garage, laundry, the normal stuff. I also have two dogs that are sweet as hell. Im a 40 year old dude that reads, plays music, and i like a clean spot. Not a TV fan, but i do have a projector set up for movies. I typically work monday through friday 9-5.
I'm looking for someone to move in for a while but not a permanent thing. Unless things go amazing. Short 1-6 months would be ideal. I can have a bed setup for you if you need.
The only disclaimer is this cul-de-sac im in doesnt seem like the safest spot in the world to some people. I personally know all the guys that hang out and it is totally safe to me. But if you feel like you would be nervous around people hanging out late in the street doing whatever they are doing for money then maybe dont apply. just trying to be honest here. its that kind of neighborhood.
