I own a 2/2 Condo. First Floor unit, I am looking to rent the Second Bedroom and Second non-shared bathroom. The unit has only one other tenant. The tenant is a male professional in their mid-30s who is clean, organized, and gone most of the day.
A bit about the place: The common area and bedroom is unfurnished, however there is a dining table, chairs, and a couch. Also, there is a washer and dryer in the unit.
Location: This location is ideal for students and young professionals. It is about 3 miles from Downtown and 1.5 miles from East 6th and South Congress. You can get anywhere in Central Austin, on a bike, within minutes. The complex is on the UT Shuttle route and close to ACC Riverside and St. Edwards. In addition, the complex is gated and requires a code for entry.
What's for rent: First Floor Unit – Unfurnished second bedroom and bathroom (the bathroom is NOT shared). Both bedrooms have access to a small patio.
Lease/Price: This is a 3 to 6 month lease with the option of renewing. The price (First Floor = $825/month) and includes high-speed cable internet. The price does not include utilities. The utilities are evenly divided between the two tenants. Utilities run $40/each tenant per month on the low end and $80/each tenant per month on the high end.
What I prefer: Someone who does not use drugs, has no pets, is clean, is respectful of common areas, and is financially responsible.
