Ideally looking for a solo RVer here. Occasional visitors not an issue. The monthly rate can be worked out for longer-term needs.
Max length 30ft. 30amp hookup with city water (heated line for wintertime). Gray and black tanks dumped into a clean-out via macerator pump and (buried) hose line.
Looking for the right person so open to special situations. The pad is behind our office.
Dogs are considered on a case-by-case basis. Pad is available on a temporary, month-to-month basis. Parking for your personal vehicle would be (more than ample) street parking on 12th Street right out front.
Rent includes all bills, including electric, FAST Google Fiber WIFI, lawn care, etc. You must have an active insurance policy. Willing to negotiate $$$ for the right person. We are assuming your rig will use around $150/mo in electricity, as the current tenant does FYI.
If you’re running a crypto mining operation out of your rig, we’ll need to reevaluate. ;)
