Master bath also has a large window and rare jacuzzi hot tub + an intense separate high-pressure recovery shower. The double vanity master bath has hand-painted custom tile and matching woodwork bed set pieces built into the bath.
Includes nice Amazon Prime ready TV perfectly centered on bed, and bed is perfectly centered on room and windows. Windows is great for people and dog watching and squirrels and birds come to window from feeders there.
Closet/Office - super long 2-door closet has a small office with a nice leather swivel stool, bar height desk and window. Great for going dark, Zoom meetings, or do social media from the closet window. Also has a printer and loud ass 90's face-melter stereo.
Great executive/professional base or transitional living, and stable orbit point in a perfectly located old school Austin location - close to Austin’s best local restaurants, retail, and landmarks. There’s a small kitchen upstairs too, so no need to ever leave when that’s the mood. All all things are easily delivered to the front door quickly: uber, waymo, doordash, HEB, Home Depot, Amazon, UPS, etc.
