A king size comfy bed (new high quality mattresses in both bedrooms) in master, queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Large screen tvs in each bedroom and the living room! A dining nook can be used as a work from home / home office space, No smoking in the house. Small dog ok. Fenced in large backyard; easy to let your dog in and out for bathroom breaks or just to play.
If you have a pet we prefer a dog, as a cat can leave urine which is really difficult to clean. ( sorry)

The base rent is $3200 per month, which covers rent/ furnishings, etc, and utilities will be paid by you, separately. If you keep AC at around 76, ac cost is around $300 per month, if you like to keep it cold it’s much more money so that’s why we are having the utilities paid separately, each month we will send you a copy of the bill to be paid for electricity and internet.
A maid service will be cleaning the house every 3 weeks during your stay, included in rent, but we expect the house to be kept tidy between maid visits, please.
This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house, but we are only renting out 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as we are using the small 3rd room for storage. My husband and I are going to California for 4 months, June 1 through September 30 which is why we are renting out the house. We will return October 1. As stated above, we can be somewhat flexible for the right person.
