I’m looking for someone to take over my cute studio starting mid to late July. My rate is locked in at $1616 monthly until May 2025.

With Water, waste, valet trash, pest control fees and rent the average is about $1687 monthly.

It will be as is, meaning I painted two walls so if you don’t like the color you’ll have to repaint it.

I have a top floor studio apt 575 sq ft
Facing Lamar blvd but tucked far back with a pretty tree in front of the balcony. The balcony doors are tall, floor to ceiling with a lot of natural light and pretty sunsets.

I have enough space for a kitchen dining area setup, regular size sofa, bed and bedroom furniture and more.

I chose this apartment complex because it’s brand new, has a rooftop pool, well equipped 2 story gym with a separate cycling studio, resident lounge, pet friendly with a pet wash room, bicycle room and business lounge. It also has package delivery lockers and gated indoor parking. Lots of resident events- yoga, pool parties, giveaways, etc.

My focus was walkability. Lots are restaurants, bars, Starbucks, donut shop, hair and nail salons, gas station and Alamo Drafthouse steps away.

My neighbors are quiet, respectful and friendly.
Maintenance issues aren’t a problem but if you need anything they respond quickly.

This is a secure building. Elevator and stair well, indoor secure parking and free guest parking.
