There are two males who live on the first floor near the kitchen on the first floor. They have normal 9-5 work schedules and are out of the house during those hours. One of them attends a lot of virtual meetings and has a regular early bedtime, the other is a younger more music and literature oriented individual willing to connect and have long conversations.
There is one other vacant smaller bedrooms with a shared bathroom that have yet to be rented out on the second floor. This room that you are renting is also on the second floor.
