Looking to sublet my room for the month of September! Full size bed, drawers for your use, couch, projector and screen, private bathroom. There is a little side patio and private entrance right to the bathroom. The room is a part of a 3 bedroom house. If you don't need the kitchen you don't even have to interact with the household. But my roommates are sweet! Both late twentie. One (M) works at a Japanese resturant 3-10pm most days of the week and the other (F) is a UT journalism grad student. They have a cat and a dog who spend a lot of time in their bedrooms.

The house is in a great area on the east side, walking distance from bars, a theater, resturants, and a community garden. As well as bike distance (>4 miles) to lady bird lake.

925/month abp

OR if you can care for my cat during the month I can lower it to
800/month abp

I have a sweet tortoiseshell named Owl who is indoor outdoor. There's an automatic litter pan so it's just a matter of letting her in and out from the door in the bedroom and giving her food/water.

Please respond with a bit about yourself and why you're looking for a sublet.
