Need to be cool, no energy vampires. If you like to drink coffee, take a bong rip occasionally, listen to good music, film/TV and want access to a safe spot with a nice mostly empty first floor, this might work for you. Also, a small master room is opening up in 2 months for $1075 if that's a fit at that time.
There's not much movement on first floor — very large and open with dinning table, kitchen, living room/theater rarely used. The only room on first floor is a coder who stays in his room most of the time and never uses the kitchen. He's moving out in 2 months. There's also another community full bathroom upstairs so there aren't ever any issues with having to wait to grab the bathroom.
There's a large coffee day bar in kitchen right outside the door — great to work from, or slowly wake or the large dinning room table with record player and vinyl or watch news. The first floor has incredible sunrises and sunsets.
Top floor laundry lounge/hospitality station.
