I am looking to swap rentals up in central Texas country that allows pets. I rent a 1950 automotive shop with 2 bays and car shelters and a little land.
It is in a small town outside of corpus christi. there is a full working bathroom, tub, and living area. There
is also 2other bathrooms for customers.
Rent is cheap. you must mow your own lawn. many water faucets outside. air lines in front.
The rent is 600. a month and you must pay lights and water.
you get 2 city trash cans too.
great for resale store, or starting an automotive shop.
if you have a rental i wont pay more than i pay now. I pay my rent on time and I am looking for a rental that is not behind. Square footage is right at 4000 ft.
