This is an old Optiplex 745 attached to a monitor stand with a basic 2005 Dell 1024x768 LCD. It has a Discount Electronics refurbished label on it.

Processor: Pentium D 64-bit 3.00 GHz, 800 MHz FSB
This is a Pentium 4-class dual core processor, and one of the first x86 64-bit processors Intel offered.
Memory: 2GB PC2-5300, as 2x1GB DIMMs
Hard disk: 80GB Western Digital SATA
Includes Windows XP Home COA, Dell XP installation CD, and XP preinstalled and updated to Service Pack 3. This is a 32-bit operating system, so if you wish to use the 64-bit capabilities of the processor, you will need to provide another OS.
I'm including a basic Insignia (Best Buy house brand) optical mouse, and HP keyboard.
This is an ultra-small form factor (USFF) Optiplex, so while this is a desktop, it isn't expandable. There are no PCI or PCI Express slots inside. Also, the power supply is an external brick, as pictured. The motherboard graphics port is DVI, but the monitor is VGA, so there is a passive DVI-VGA adapter on the cable. The optical drive is a laptop PATA DVD+/-RW drive (Sony DW-D56A), connected through a SATA-PATA bridge.
When I received the machine, the power button would intermittently register a phantom press, causing the computer to begin a shutdown sequence. I cleaned the button and have had no more problems.
