The PC does NOT come with a GPU. It was used lightly a few times a week for mostly office work and some light gaming. It works perfectly and has excellent airflow, which has kept temperatures very low. It has easily played any game I've thrown at it and stays pretty quiet.

I used it horizontally in my server rack (fits perfectly with the feet removed) so there are a few scratches on the back/right panel. The plastic latch for the first PCIe slot also came off. Here are the specs:
