We are a growing copier dealer in the Austin area. We sell and service Sharp, Muratec/Konica, Epson and Kyocera. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and repair resolutions. Required and Desired Skills Are as Followed:
-Trouble shooting skills to all copier/printer issues (jams, sensor issues, drive issues)
-Has computer background experience for driver installations and scanning setup
-2 years of servicing printers and/or copiers
-Understands set up process for copier/printer Installations (connectivity and programming)
-People Skills are mandatory for building customer relations
-Good health is a must; there will be some light lifting involved with the job
-Trainable, high knowledge retention, and quick learner
-Must have valid DL and ability to accurately follow GPS directions
Work Hours: 8am-5pm (Mon.-Fri.)
