Company, is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide temporary support to the Plant Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Plant Manager and department staff.
Manage calendars, appointments, messages, and other administrative communications.
Maintain, organize, and update master spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail.
Create weekly and monthly management reports using advanced Excel functions, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
Clean, validate, and standardize data by removing duplicates, correcting formatting, and organizing datasets.
Research, compile, proofread, and prepare documents and reports.
Support various functional departments as needed while ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience & Skills
1–2 years of experience using Microsoft Office, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience working with PivotTables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and large datasets.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
