Apartment community is seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you take pride in your work and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete work orders efficiently and in a timely manner
Perform unit make-ready tasks, including painting and general repairs
Troubleshoot and repair appliances as needed
Handle basic plumbing repairs
Assist with HVAC maintenance and repairs (preferred)
Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all work performed
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable and dependable work ethic
Strong attention to detail
General maintenance knowledge and hands-on experience
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience required
HVAC knowledge preferred
Valid driver’s license preferred
