We provide technical support and consultation on a variety of client technology related systems. We offer turnkey and ongoing support, our ideal candidate would have a general working knowledge of the various technology systems that our clients utilize to smoothly operate their businesses.

Tasks may range from simple assistance with desktop computers, printers, video, sound and phone systems, to higher networking and premises server systems including email, file, NAS, backup, POS and domain controllers. We support all mobile computing platforms and all cloud computing platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Provide phone line support for new and existing customers with information technology needs.
• Provide onsite support for new and existing customers with information technology needs.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using various systems and tools.
• Management & operation of infrastructure; servers, backup systems, email, database, VOIP, and cloud systems.
• Provisioning and deployment of new hardware and software systems.
• Work together with client vendors to set up and maintain 3rd party systems as needed.
• Device testing, order fulfillment, and other duties as needed.

Skills:
• Experience with configuration & administration of MS Desktop/Server environments
• Apple/Mac, Linux is a plus
• iOS and Android mobile platform working knowledge.
• Understanding of both retail, dining and office computing environments.
• Knowledge of networking; NAT, VPN and public networks.
• Customer service experience with a variety of users levels.
• Good listening and communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to provide and maintain detailed documentation on each job.
• Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously.
• Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships.
• Able to work flexible hours periodic evening and weekend and offsite support.
• High level problem-solving abilities and ability to meet reasonable deadlines.
• Organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.

Qualifications:
High school graduate + Associate’s degree / focused course work in a technical discipline or equivalent.
CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP, MCITP or similar certifications ideal.
Bi-lingual a plus.

Requirements:
US Citizen, green card or suitable work visa.
Clean Background check
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation & vehicle insurance
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
