We’re seeking a Road Manager / Guitar Tech who thrives on putting on a great show and keeping things running smoothly on the road.
Position Highlights:
• Pay: ~ $30,000+ per year (based on per-show pay; varies according to show volume)
• Paid within 24 hours of each show day — no waiting for paychecks
• Meals: Provided on show days
• Hotels: Private rooms (no sharing)
• Travel: Fly-in/out of Austin (AUS) most weekends
• Schedule: Thursday–Sunday availability required

• Hard-working, self-starting, and dependable

• Knows their way around sound equipment and music gear
• Can tune and maintain guitars confidently
• Takes direction well — no fragile egos, just good vibes
