It's a thrift store find. A store that charges by the weight. The third picture shows it there. The package is sealed. But I removed what could of been a dead battery. The picture shows the battery with it. The weight scale kicks the price over at every half pound. I didn't wanna spend a dollar on a dead/weak battery. I only made a small cut to get it out. You'll be able to tell the package has never been open.
