I bought this 2,000 watt laser welder in 2022 and there was a problem with the welding gun that came with it. I got distracted from getting it working by a new project so the problem was not resolved until late November, 2025. The solution required a new gun and new internal parts. It cost $13,400 new and it has had very little use.
Oh! Very important, it requires 380V 3-phase current as it sits. Someone clever with such things could probably convert it to 220V single phase.
Note, the first 4 photos are of the unit in the factory in China.
