Are you an experienced Fire Sprinkler Designer looking for a company where your knowledge, leadership, and technical skills are truly valued?
We are actively seeking a Fire Sprinkler Designer / Project Manager to join a growing and respected fire protection team in the Austin area. This is a long-term direct hire opportunity working on large commercial new construction projects including:

🏢 Office Buildings
🏗️ Large Commercial Developments
🚧 Ground-Up Construction Projects

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🔥 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✔️ Design fire sprinkler systems in compliance with NFPA standards and local codes
✔️ Create hydraulic calculations and detailed shop drawings
✔️ Use AutoCAD & HydraCAD for system layouts and design
✔️ Coordinate BIM modeling and clash detection with other trades
✔️ Manage projects from award through final closeout
✔️ Coordinate with fabrication shops, field teams, GCs, and inspectors
✔️ Process change orders and assist with project budgeting/pricing
✔️ Conduct site walks and support installation teams in the field
✔️ Track materials, deliveries, scheduling, and project progress
✔️ Maintain strong communication with customers and internal operations teams

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• 3–5+ years of Fire Sprinkler Design experience
• Strong understanding of NFPA codes and commercial fire protection systems
• Experience with AutoCAD and HydraCAD REQUIRED
• Ability to manage projects and communicate with multiple teams
• Commercial construction experience strongly preferred
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional
• Experience with schools, office buildings, healthcare, or large commercial projects is a PLUS
