We are hiring a **hands-on Building Maintenance Technician** for a stable, long-term position maintaining **high-profile luxury auto dealership facilities** in the Austin / Northwest Austin area.
This is not a desk job and not a management-only role. We are looking for someone who enjoys being on their tools, taking ownership of a building, keeping things running, and being the go-to person on site.
You will be one of two maintenance technicians supporting the property, with this role serving as the **lead technician on site**.
**What You’ll Be Doing:**
* General building and facilities maintenance
* Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and repair work
* Preventive maintenance and service requests
* Troubleshooting building issues and keeping the property operating smoothly
* Working in a clean, professional, high-profile environment
* Taking ownership of the facility and making sure things are done right

* Building maintenance technician

* Must have hands-on building maintenance experience
* Must be comfortable working independently and taking ownership
* Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
* Must be able to pass a background check
* Felony-friendly may be considered case-by-case depending on history
* Must be professional, reliable, and able to work in a customer-facing environment
