We are seeking an experienced **CAD Designer / AutoCAD Designer** for a growing commercial construction-related organization.
### Minimum Requirements
ā Minimum **1 year of hands-on CAD experience working for a commercial construction contractor or commercial subcontractor**
ā Experience producing construction drawings for commercial projects
ā Proficiency with AutoCAD
ā Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
### Highly Preferred
š„ Fire Protection Design Experience
š„ Fire Alarm System Design Experience
š„ Fire Sprinkler System Design Experience
š„ MEP Design Experience
### About the Opportunity
The ideal candidate will have experience designing systems for commercial construction projects. Candidates with fire protection industry experience are highly desired.
However, we are willing to train the right person who has a solid commercial construction design background and a strong understanding of how commercial projects are designed and built.
