Pay: $25.00 ā $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Requirements:
Must live within 30 minutes of Lakeway, TX
Previous facility maintenance experience required
Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building repairs
Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and attendance
Job Duties:
Perform routine building maintenance and repairs
Inspect equipment and building systems
Complete preventative maintenance tasks
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Respond to maintenance requests as needed
