We are looking for a trustworthy maintenance technician to help maintain 50+ residential properties throughout central, east, and southeast Austin.

Responsibilities:

-Honesty is a must. You will have a task list for you to complete on your own.
-General property repairs and maintenance
-Property inspections and miscellaneous maintenance tasks
-Your responsibilities may range within all aspects of residential maintenance. We will appreciate your flexibility. We will concentrate on your strengths. The more you can help, the more compensation we can offer. We will train as needed.

Compensation & Schedule:
-$20–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
-Full-time contract work. Weekly paycheck.
