I am trying to hire 50 service techs right now. No other company in Texas will pay you more. If you know what HVAC/R is and you know that you are good and can be a success at it, then you should come and speak to me. Other than a 401K, no one has better benefits than me. From day one, you get company-paid health insurance and weekly profit sharing.
If you can find a better job than mine, you should take it!
If not, then you and I should talk right now, as long as you are not a certain part of the "female anatomy" or just plain lazy (which a lot of people are!!!)
