Job is for Wednesday-Friday, and some Saturdays if wanted.
Must have luthier training or have worked in a guitar factory and/or store.
Skills must include:
-setups of electric and acoustic guitars
-electronics (pickup installs, full rewire, acoustic pickup install with balanced output, etc)
-people (communication) abilities
Other bonuses would include computer skills, the ability the continue to learn, and a willingness to learn the Plek software.
Pay is 60% of all jobs done not related to the Plek, plus specific numbers for jobs associated with the Plek (i.e. prepping a guitar with a nut blank for the Plek, or finishing off the nut by rounding the corners and buffing it out), which equates to $40-65/hour depending on how quick you work.
Dependable transportation is a must.
