We run a crew of about 10-15 guys. We have equipment, trailers and T-650. Not a lot of overhead. No fleet of trucks. Everyone gets themselves to and from the job sites.
I need a guy who can keep everyone motivated and working at a good pace all day.
Someone who is not afraid to speak up when things are running behind and deadlines are approaching.
Knowledge of basic construction, drainage, concrete, steel and masonry all good. You do not have to do all of those things. Just know enough to manage the subs. You would be in charge of managing the foremen and the crew they mainly manage.
Knowledge of how to install landscapes is a must. Proper planting, pruning, deadheading, fertilizing, fungicides etc are all musts.
