What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential HVAC service (diagnosis & repair).
- EPA Certification required; NATE Certification is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License with an excellent driving record.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Successful completion of a background check.
