Local remodeling company is hiring experienced carpenters and crew leads for high-end residential remodeling projects across West Austin, Lakeway, Dripping Springs, and Spicewood.

Positions Available
Skilled Carpenter
Foreman / Crew Lead
Pay (Based on Experience)
Carpenters: $18–$25/hr
Foremen: $25–$35/hr
W2 Employee (not 1099)
Paid Holidays
Some Overtime available (but rarely required)
Schedule
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30 min lunch)
Weekends are very rare

High-end residential remodels
Framing, trim carpentry, doors & windows
Punch work and finish details
Work you can actually be proud of at the end of the day

Experience in residential construction
Shows up on time, every time
High integrity (do the right thing when no one’s watching)
Positive attitude and respectful to clients and team
Takes pride in their work
Can work independently without being babysat
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Basic hand tools
