This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, offering $17/hour with the potential for permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with aluminum patio cover and screen room construction.
Measure and cut materials using a chop saw.
Take measurements from ladders.
Pre-drill materials with an impact drill.
Assemble metal framing and roof panels while on ladders.
Apply caulking and touch-up paint.
Load and unload materials at warehouses and job sites.
Manage material shipments.
Maintain a clean job site.
Roll screen and spline into components.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Positive attitude in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
Able to follow instructions.
Punctual, able to stay on schedule, and meet deadlines.
Good interpersonal skills.
Reliable and consistent.
Available for 40-hour work weeks.
Proficient with tape measure, chop saw, and power/impact drill.
Comfortable working on ladders and roof systems.
Previous roofing or outdoor construction experience is a plus.
