Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for a project in Buda, TX. The role involves operating a skid steer (Bobcat) and mini excavator for site work, including trenching, backfilling, and grading. Candidates must be reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working early mornings.
Responsibilities:
• Operate skid steer (Bobcat) and mini excavator safely and efficiently
• Perform trenching, backfilling, and grading
• Handle materials and assist with site preparation
• Follow site plans and supervisor directions
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Assist with general labor as needed
Requirements:
• Proven experience operating skid steer and mini excavator
• Valid Driver’s License required
• OSHA 10 certification required
• Ability to start at 5:00 AM and work until job completion
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation
• Strong safety awareness
