Just Pros Painting is looking for a skilled, independent painter or drywall finisher in the Austin area. We run clean residential repaint jobs, and we pay well for people who can deliver without needing to be managed.
This is not a training position. You must be able to work independently from day one.
🎨 Painters — You Must Be Able To:
Prep, prime, spray, brush, and roll to a professional finish
Run a residential repaint job on your own
Manage your space, your time, and your quality without supervision
🔧 Drywall Finishers — You Must Be Able To:
Tape, float, and texture to a clean paintable finish
Deliver consistent results job to job
Work independently — no hand-holding
💰 Pay: $25-$40/hr based on skill and output If you're fast, clean, and reliable - you'll feel it in your check. We don't cap good people.
✅ Requirements:
Your own tools
Reliable transportation
Valid ID or driver's license
Ability to communicate and show up consistently
Must be comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
