RQC manufacturing, LLC (www.rqc-mfg.com) is hiring for a CNC machine operator/trainee We are located in rural Liberty Hill and are an AS9100 Rev D manufacturer. The ideal applicant will possess natural mechanically-inclined traits and be proficient in basic math involving decimals and fractions. You will be trained on the job and the sky is the limit, how far you go depends on your work ethic and aptitude. Starting off, you will be placed on operation of pre-setup modern day Haas CNC equipment, and you will be expected to check parts for accuracy and to be efficient with your time. You will be trained on how to use the CMM (computerized measuring machine) to check parts that involve geometric tolerances, as well as use of calipers and micrometers. Pay will be commensurate with experience and your pay will increase as you become more autonomous, as well as based on what you contribute to helping achieve the company’s goals.
