About Us
We specialize in the installation, relocation, and maintenance of automated storage equipment (vertical carousels, VLMs, and related systems) for major retailers and distribution centers across the U.S.
Position Overview
We are seeking an Installer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy travel, teamwork, and learning new skills. Installers work under the direction of a Lead Installer to assemble and service cutting-edge automated storage systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with installation, assembly, and removal of automated storage equipment.
• Follow instructions from the Lead Installer and project managers.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical or electrical issues as directed.
• Document work progress and follow company safety procedures.
• Travel nationwide on a structured 2 weeks on / 1 week off rotation (all expenses covered).
Qualifications
• Mechanical aptitude or experience in construction, assembly, or skilled trades.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Forklift and scissor lift certification a plus (training available).
• Willingness to travel frequently on rotation.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. safely.
• Comfort working at heights (on lifts, ladders, or platforms).
• Standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
• Safe use of forklifts and aerial lifts (scissor lifts have a maximum platform capacity of 500 lbs. including personnel and tools).
• Ability to work in warehouse and construction environments.
