🔧 THE ROLE:
We’re hiring Senior Level 3 & Level 4 HVAC Technicians for permanent, long-term positions in the commercial HVAC market.
You may be a great fit if you have experience in either (or both):
✅ Commercial HVAC Service & Repairs
– Troubleshooting and repairing commercial systems
– RTUs, split systems, controls, and mechanical components
✅ Commercial Retrofit / Upgrade Work
– Replacing outdated equipment
– Working with retrofit teams installing modern, energy-efficient systems
👉 Service techs and retrofit-focused techs are both encouraged to apply.
🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
✔ 3–7 years of commercial HVAC experience
✔ Level 3 or Level 4 skillset
✔ Strong troubleshooting ability and mechanical aptitude
✔ Professional attitude and reliability
✔ Desire for long-term, permanent employment
