🔧 About the Role
TSR Construction is a residential repair and remodel company handling make-readies, insurance repairs, and light remodel projects. Serving homeowners, property management companies and investors across Austin and surrounding areas since 2010.
We’re looking for a hands-on foreman / lead tradesman who can manage small crews, maintain job quality, and keep projects moving without constant supervision.
This is long-term, steady work — not a one-off gig.
🧰 You’ll Be Doing
Leading 1–3 man crews on residential repairs and remodels
Hands-on work in carpentry, drywall, flooring, paint, light electrical/plumbing
Implementing daily workflow, coordinating materials, and keeping sites organized
Communicating clearly with management and clients
⚙️ Requirements
5+ years of experience in residential remodel or home repair
Must have own tools and reliable truck or van
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Professional appearance and client-friendly demeanor
Must be reliable and ready to work full-time
