Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of community to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance.
• Oversee HVAC systems, electrical systems and other critical infrastructure.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
• Manage projects related to facility upgrades or repairs, including planning, execution and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices, safety protocols and technical skills.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate repairs as necessary.
Experience:
• Proven experience in related field is essential.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems and general maintenance practices.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• Previous experience supervising a team is highly desirable
