Key Responsibilities
• Assist with site preparation including debris removal, cleanup, and organizing materials
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely
• Support skilled trades such as electricians, plumbers, and carpenters
• Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe job site at all times
Requirements
• 6 months – 1+ year of construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in outdoor environments
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Austin area
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• OSHA 10 is a plus
