Selling my 2007 Jayco Jay Flight 29BHS bunkhouse travel trailer.
This is a roomy family camper with recent mechanical upgrades, but it will need roof repairs and some rebuilding due to water damage. Great project for a DIY renovator, tiny home conversion, or concession trailer build.

Key Features & Recent Upgrades:
• 29-foot bunkhouse model – sleeps several
• All electrical and plumbing work
• New electric water heater installed
• New tongue jack for easy hitching
• Recently replaced A/C – blows cold
• 3 brand new tires – 1 older tire still in drivable condition
• Slide-out for extra living space
• Kitchen with fridge, stove, and microwave
• Full bathroom with shower/tub combo
• Front queen bedroom with overhead storage
• Awning (fabric worn and will need replacement)

Condition Notes:
• Has water damage and will likely need a new roof
• Rear bunks, rear wall, and about 1/4 of the front wall have been removed — this makes it easy to see what wood needs replacing and what can be saved
• Sold AS-IS – bring a truck and be ready to haul
• All propane tanks and keys included

This camper already has several expensive upgrades completed — electric/plumbing work, water heater, tongue jack, A/C, and most tires — so a lot of the costly mechanical work is done. With the interior opened up, you can clearly see exactly what repairs are needed and skip the guesswork.
