Description: Custom built all aluminum trailer (except axles). Interior was designed and built to facilitate long term living while I built our house. This trailer has lived most of it’s life inside of our garage, protected from the elements. Our house is now complete and we are no longer living in the trailer. So, it’s for sale.
Interior: designed for comfortable living, while also accommodating a queen size bed (height adjustable). LED interior lights; has a counter with a small sink; has wall shelving & a large shelf platform over the bed (see the pictures); wall covering is ½” plywood; ceiling is covered with ¼” plywood; throughly insulated with 2 layers of custom fitted rigid foam insulation (very comfortable during Texas’s hot weather and winter cold spells). Comes with: a refrigerator; 100 gallons of potable water storage (two 50 gallon tanks). Very easy to install a shower if desired (I’ll even include the custom fabricated stainless steel shower pan)!
