For sale is a 1 owner, 2024 Forest River Salem, model 28DBUD. 30 ft long, ~6800 lbs dry. I have owned this for a little over a year now, bought Brand new at FunTownRV in Waco. Will come with the 5 year extended warranty that has been put in place onto it by any forest river certified dealer in the country. Everything works and functions as it should, all maintenance is up to date. No pets were kept inside, will come with a brand new mattress. It has a bunch of features and amenities in there, tankless water heater, outdoor griddle and mini fridge, water hose hook up next to the griddle, out door speakers and LED lights, electric stabilizer jacks, electric tongue jack, solid, adjustable steps going into the trailer, screen door, TV wall mount that swings and adjust up and down with 50” Hisense flat screen with COSTCO warranty plan, electric fire place, in door speaker bar that controls the sound for inside and outside, propane stove/oven, microwave, two bay sink with flexible water house/ faucet head. Full size pantry, guest bedroom, dining room area, couch area placed inside a GIANT slide out, sink/hygiene area placed outside of the bathroom/shower, vanity, sliding shower doors and flexible shower hose. 13,500 BTU air conditioning that blows ice cold and is plenty to keep cool in the summer days.
