Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance and inspections on fleet vehicles (buses, shuttle vans, SUVs)
* Diagnose and repair diesel and gasoline engines
* Conduct preventative maintenance including oil changes, brake service, fluid checks, and tire rotations
* Troubleshoot engine, transmission, electrical, and HVAC systems
* Ensure all vehicles meet DOT safety standards and compliance
* Maintain detailed service records and inspection reports
* Respond to breakdowns and emergency repairs when needed
* Work closely with management to minimize vehicle downtime
