Established Texas repossession company seeking a professional repossession agent for the Austin area. Must have a clean background, valid driver's license, and be able to work nights/weekends as needed. Towing experience a must, Repo experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
1st Adjusters is currently hiring a Night Repossession Driver for the Austin area.
We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual who can work independently and maintain a professional attitude while recovering collateral.
Responsibilities
Recover vehicles for financial institutions and lenders.
Safely operate company equipment.
Document recoveries using company software and photographs.
Communicate with dispatch throughout your shift.
Follow all company policies and applicable state laws.
Requirements
Valid Texas driver's license.
Clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Comfortable working nights, weekends, and in varying weather conditions.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Towing or repossession experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate.
