This is a full-time, on-site position supporting real-world testing operations for advanced vehicle systems. Safety Drivers monitor vehicle behavior, maintain situational awareness, and safely take control of the vehicle when necessary, during testing operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor autonomous vehicle systems during on-road testing
• Remain alert and prepared to safely intervene when required
• Operate vehicles safely in urban and suburban driving environments
• Report observations and communicate feedback to operations teams
• Follow all safety procedures and testing protocols
Requirements
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Minimum 3 years licensed driving experience
• 3 Years prior rideshare, delivery, fleet, transportation, or professional driving experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
