We're Looking For An Experienced Flatbed Tow Truck Drivers to join our team!!!
Responsibilities:
Vehicle Towing and Transportation:
Safely loading, securing, and transporting vehicles to designated locations, whether it's a repair shop, impound lot, or other destination.
Roadside Assistance:
Providing services like jump-starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, and lockout assistance to stranded motorists.
Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance:
Conducting pre- and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment, and reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance.
Customer Service:
Interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing updates on estimated time of arrival (ETA), and ensuring their needs are met.
Safety Compliance:
Adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws while operating the tow truck and performing roadside assistance.
Documentation and Reporting:
Completing necessary paperwork, including service logs, accident reports, and other required documentation.
Communication:
Maintaining clear communication with dispatchers and team members regarding location, status of calls, and any issues encountered.
Additional Responsibilities (may vary by employer):
Minor Repairs: Performing basic vehicle repairs like changing tires or jump-starting vehicles.
Accident Scene Management: Assisting with accident cleanup and ensuring the safety of the scene.
Vehicle Recovery: Safely recovering vehicles from difficult or hazardous locations.
Confiscation and Impound: In some cases, assisting with the confiscation or impounding of vehicles.
Sales and Customer Service: Some roles may also involve sales of related services or products.
Qualifications
*Previous experience preferred
*Clean background
*Able to pass a drug screening
*Must Have a current TDLR License
*Good driving Record
*Positive attitude is a MUST!
*Strong work ethic
*Strong customer service skills
*Towbook Knowledge
*MUST LIVE WITHIN THE LEANDER, CEDAR PARK AREA
*Ability to navigate tablet or phone to complete calls and input data.
*Towbook knowledge preferred
*General Mechanic Knowledge
