Better Business Staffing LLC, dba BBS, is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate / Box Truck Driver to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining organized warehouse operations, and supporting overall logistics success. Key Responsibilities
• Operate a box truck for local deliveries in a safe and efficient manner
• Limited driving throughout the area.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring accuracy and care of products
• Assist with general warehouse duties including inventory, staging, and organization
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and vehicle
• Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Load and unload items for deliveries, mostly warehouse and will be expected to assist throughout the warehouse.

Minimum Requirements
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (DMV/MVR clearance required)
• DOT Medical Card (required)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening test
• Must be authorized to work to in the United States
• Previous warehouse and/or delivery driving experience preferred
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience operating box trucks (non-CDL)
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
