1. I need a full services construction company to build me a conventional (wood) small 600-800 Sq Ft detached shop on a 8" 3000psi concrete beam slab, with 3/8-1/2" rebar, with a brick facade (I have the brick) in front and cement hardie siding, on 2 acres in Kyle, in May 2026 here. Roofing is reflective decking and 50 yr GAF architectural Pewter Timberline II composite shingles. Upon mutual agreement, I will need this done within a month or so. Need AutoCAD drawings done.
2. On the main house, I will need the roof and some decking replaced, including soffits, after the shop is done. The roofing jobs will be concurrent.
3. I will also need some concrete driveway repair work during/after the construction stuff is done. There will be no issues with payment, standard draws will be done, and all the project phases will be fully funded by the owner.
You should have alternative contingencies, and exercise full operational prudence to fully handle all phases/difficulties of construction, including material shortages, anticipating people not showing up, rainy days, etc.; and get everything done in the time and budget allotted. Details will be provided upon request. I am construction savvy, and detail oriented.
You will also need to adhere to the following:
1. Need to be fully bonded and insured, respect the property, and manage debris properly.
2. You should be a 5-star above-board company, with little complaints, and no excuses or BS.
3. You must have your own company financial backing, insurance coverage, and not be operating under your cousin or friends reputation or insurance.
