The family enjoys spiral sliced ham but doesn't use the included seasoning packets to mix up glazes. I've acquired 6 of them and think they could be used not only to glaze ham but in BBQ sauce, rubs or marinades, or whatever tickles your creative fancy.

The packets are from various brands of ham, so the sizes & ingredients differ. Sizes run from 3 oz to 8 oz. Packets contain sugar & brown sugar, with molasses or dried honey or dried maple syrup and unspecified spices & processing agents. Instructions suggest mixing the powders with water, fruit juice or ham packaging juices.

I'm in the neighborhood behind Central Market South near West Ben White & South Lamar. Porch pickup only, please. No delivery.
