One bedroom, one bath, living room with kitchen and dining area. Perfect as an artist’s studio, scholar’s study, or spot to chill during the summer. For an individual or couple. You’d have the apartment to yourself. Comfortably furnished, with a full size bed and all kitchen appliances. Free laundry on site. Pictures are outdated; the wall is now yellow and I have redecorated. No other major changes.
Minutes from Hyde Park Village, Cherrywood, and North Loop grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. Twenty minutes’ walk or five-minute direct bus ride to UT. On direct bus routes to downtown and North Austin.
Quiet and surrounded by trees. There’s a spacious balcony with plants and place to read and work out. Large front and back yard.
The apartment is in a fourplex. Each apartment is completely independent. The neighbors are very friendly. No pets allowed, sadly.
Rent is $1290 (+utilities) per month. Will be prorated if you stay less time.
